Which ServiceNow modules do you implement?
We implement ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), CMDB and IT Asset Management, Service Catalogue, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), Knowledge Management, and custom workflow modules. We recommend only the modules your organisation needs at its current maturity level — not a full suite that won't be adopted.
We already have ServiceNow — can you optimise it?
Yes. Many of our engagements are optimisation projects where clients have ServiceNow licensed but under-configured — stale CMDBs, unused service catalogues, manual processes that should be automated. We assess what is working, what is not, and prioritise the improvements with the highest business impact.
How long does a typical ServiceNow implementation take?
A focused ITSM implementation (Incident, Change, CMDB, Service Catalogue) typically takes 10–16 weeks. Broader implementations that include ITOM, custom integrations, or complex multi-team process design will be longer. We scope and agree the timeline before any work begins.
Do you provide post-go-live support?
Yes. We offer managed ServiceNow support under SLA — covering ongoing configuration changes, new module rollouts, user training, and platform health monitoring — either as a dedicated support engagement or as part of our broader managed services offering.
Can you integrate ServiceNow with our monitoring and DevOps tools?
Yes. We integrate ServiceNow with tools including Dynatrace, Datadog, PagerDuty, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and LDAP/Active Directory, so that events auto-create incidents and deployment pipelines trigger change records without manual entry.
